📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping timelines depend on what you ordered:
- Signed Cookbooks: Shipped directly by Russ Lee. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order is handed off to the carrier, plus additional transit time.
- Apparel & Merch: Made-to-order through Printful. Production takes 5–10 business days before the carrier receives it, then 5–15 business days for shipping. Total estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks.
- Digital Downloads: Instant — delivered to your email immediately after purchase.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages?
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've been handed to the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy.

Are the cookbooks really signed by Russ Lee?
Yes! Every physical cookbook is personally signed by Russ Lee. These are limited, so grab yours before they're gone.

How do I access my digital download?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link instantly — no waiting, no shipping required.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

What kind of candles do you sell?
We carry premium scented soy candles — great for gifting or setting the mood in the kitchen.
What apparel do you offer?
We carry a range of made-to-order apparel including t-shirts, sweatpants, trucker caps, and aprons — all custom printed with premium materials through Printful.

What is Russ Lee's Supper Club?
It's our monthly membership at $9.99/month that gives you exclusive access to member-only recipe content, early drops, and member-only pricing. It auto-renews monthly.
How do I cancel my Supper Club membership?
You can cancel anytime through your account portal at russleemerch.com/account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are Supper Club charges refundable?
Renewal charges are refundable within 24 hours only. Refunds are not issued after 24 hours or once content has been accessed.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production or fulfillment begins. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at russleecreator@gmail.com with photos and we'll send a replacement.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
