RUSSLEEMERCH Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RUSSLEEMERCH handles personal information associated with:

• Checkout Chow, our iOS and iPadOS game, previously identified as Grocery Grab;
• Our website and online store;
• Our physical merchandise and digital products;
• Meal Launch, our separate browser-based meal-decision service;
• Customer support and other interactions with RUSSLEEMERCH.

The Checkout Chow section appears first. The website and Meal Launch section follows it. Practices described specifically for one service do not automatically apply to every other service.

For privacy questions, support, or requests concerning your information, email russleecreator@gmail.com.

PART ONE: CHECKOUT CHOW — iOS AND iPadOS PRIVACY

1. About Checkout Chow

Checkout Chow is a game provided by RUSSLEEMERCH for iPhone and iPad. Its features include campaign play, Daily questions, collections, themes, earned rewards, leaderboards, and optional consumable in-app purchases.

The name Checkout Chow refers to the same game previously identified as Grocery Grab. Older technical identifiers, purchase records, or related records may retain that earlier name.

Checkout Chow uses Apple platform services, Microsoft Azure backend services, and Firebase services supplied by Google. This section explains how information is handled in connection with the game.

Checkout Chow may also include Google AdMob advertising and an optional permanent Remove Ads purchase. Advertising and Remove Ads provisions apply when those features are included and enabled in the game you use.

2. Player identity and persistent accounts

When you connect through Game Center, the game may receive Apple-provided player identifiers and information needed to authenticate your player session.

Connecting a player identity to our backend creates or associates a persistent player account. Information associated with that account can include:

• Player and account identifiers;
• Authentication and session records;
• Campaign progress and completed rounds;
• Scores, attempts, timers, and round outcomes;
• Daily participation and reward records;
• Collection progress and permanent unlocks;
• Theme ownership and related selections;
• Earned and purchased currency;
• Purchase, spending, fulfillment, and recovery records;
• Records used to prevent duplicate rewards or purchase credits.

We use these records to recognize the correct player, maintain consistent progress and balances, protect purchases, and prevent unauthorized access or manipulation.

We do not need your Apple Account password or verification codes to provide game support. Do not send those credentials to us.

3. Gameplay information

Checkout Chow processes information about your use of its features. This may include completed levels, answers, mistakes, assistance used, round timing, rewards, Daily results, collection qualifications, theme ownership, and competition contributions.

Some information is stored on your device. Other information is maintained by our backend so that account records, purchases, rewards, and server-authorized gameplay remain consistent.

Competition standings may display an anonymous player label and score. We do not use your support email as a public leaderboard label.

Apple may separately process Game Center information under its own privacy practices.

4. In-app purchases, consumable currency, and Remove Ads

Optional purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.

Checkout Chow offers consumable coin and token packs. We may process:

• The product purchased;
• Apple transaction identifiers;
• Signed transaction information supplied by Apple;
• A player-bound app-account token;
• Verification and fulfillment status;
• Purchase-recovery and acknowledgment records;
• Currency granted or spent;
• Information needed to investigate a purchase problem.

These records help us verify purchases, credit the correct account, recover unfinished delivery, prevent duplicate credits, and resolve disputes.

Apple handles payment-method and App Store billing information. We do not receive your complete payment-card details or Apple Account password through ordinary in-app purchasing.

Consumables are used or spent within the game. Recovery of an unfinished purchase does not mean that previously spent consumables can be restored as permanent products.

Where available, Remove Ads is a separate, one-time, non-consumable Apple purchase that permanently removes automatic in-game ads while the game remains available. It is not a subscription and does not grant coins, tokens, themes, or other separately offered purchases. Apple displays the applicable local price before purchase.

The game checks Apple-verified purchase and entitlement information to recognize Remove Ads ownership, reconcile unfinished transactions, and reflect refunds or revocations. Entitlement information can include the product identifier, verification status, transaction information, and revocation status. Remove Ads ownership is handled separately from consumable-wallet fulfillment.

The Restore Remove Ads control asks Apple to synchronize eligible purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple may require account authentication. Restoring the entitlement does not turn ads back on or recredit spent consumables. Remove Ads does not disable Game Center, essential backend processing, Firebase analytics or diagnostics, or erase information already lawfully processed.

5. Microsoft Azure backend services

We use Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including database services, to operate the game’s online backend.

The backend processes information needed for player authentication, campaign records, wallet balances, purchase receipts, reward and spending records, collections, ownership, Daily features, competition integrity, and transaction recovery.

These records also support fraud prevention, troubleshooting, customer assistance, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Authoritative account, gameplay, purchase, and wallet functions require communication with Apple or our backend. Bundled game content and locally saved information do not guarantee that every feature can operate without an internet connection.

6. Firebase analytics, diagnostics, and performance information

Checkout Chow includes Firebase services provided by Google for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and installation-related functionality.

Depending on the service and your interaction with the game, these services may process:

• Installation or app-instance identifiers;
• Device, operating-system, and app-version information;
• Feature interactions and application events;
• Crash reports and diagnostic information;
• Performance measurements;
• Logical operation names, outcomes, and elapsed times.

We use this information to understand feature use, investigate crashes, diagnose failures, and improve reliability and performance.

Some analytics information may be associated with identifiers. Analytics and diagnostic information should not be assumed to be anonymous merely because it does not contain a person’s name.

The Firebase analytics configuration avoids advertising-ID integration and disables advertising personalization, advertising-network registration, and collection of the vendor identifier through the relevant analytics settings. Automatic performance instrumentation of full request URLs is disabled; bounded operation and timing measurements may still be recorded. These Firebase settings do not mean that the separate AdMob advertising SDK collects no information; advertising-related processing is described in Section 9.

Provider retention settings and applicable legal requirements affect how long analytics and diagnostic records remain available.

7. Local device storage

The game may store preferences, application state, saved-round information, and unfinished transaction journals on your device.

Local records help preserve settings, recover interrupted operations, and resume the appropriate game state.

Removing the app, replacing a device, or clearing local storage can remove locally held information. Those actions do not automatically delete the persistent player account or server-maintained records.

Local data and backend data serve different purposes and may not contain identical information.

Versions with advertising may also store consent and privacy-choice signals, ad-frequency counters, session timing, and records that help avoid duplicate ad counting or repeated offers. Remove Ads ownership is checked against Apple-verified entitlements rather than treated as an earned or purchased currency balance.

8. How we use Checkout Chow information

We process game information to:

• Authenticate players and protect accounts;
• Provide gameplay and maintain progress;
• Operate Daily questions, collections, themes, and competitions;
• Maintain earned and purchased balances;
• Verify, deliver, reconcile, and recover purchases;
• Prevent duplicate credits, spending, or rewards;
• Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
• Diagnose crashes and improve performance;
• Where advertising is enabled, request and display ads, measure advertising activity, manage consent and opt-out choices, prevent invalid ad traffic, and recognize Remove Ads ownership;
• Respond to support and privacy requests;
• Maintain necessary transaction and security records;
• Comply with applicable law and platform requirements;
• Resolve disputes and protect legal rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may depend on providing a requested service, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required.

9. Advertising, Google AdMob, and privacy choices

The following advertising disclosures apply when advertising features are included and enabled in Checkout Chow.

Advertising services and information

We use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request and display interstitial ads at completed-round transitions. We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or present privacy choices where applicable. Google and participating advertising partners may receive or process:

• IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them;
• App, device, and operating-system information;
• App- or developer-scoped device identifiers and advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
• Ad requests, impressions, advertising content, and interactions with ads;
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance information.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, provide permitted ad personalization, maintain and improve advertising services, and detect fraud, abuse, or invalid traffic. Advertising partners may process information under their own privacy notices. The information used and ads available depend on permissions, consent, location, device settings, and applicable restrictions. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve technical data processing.

Consent, opt-outs, and Apple permissions

Where consent is required, advertising requests are subject to the applicable consent choices. Eligible players may receive a consent message with options to consent, decline, or manage purposes and partners. Where the game makes it available, open Settings and select Advertising privacy choices to review or change the applicable selections, withdraw consent, or access relevant opt-out options.

Residents of applicable US states may use the provided privacy choices to opt out of processing classified as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may also contact russleecreator@gmail.com about your privacy rights. Choices can affect which ads are eligible to appear; declining personalized advertising does not itself purchase Remove Ads.

We do not access Apple’s advertising identifier or engage in tracking that requires Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission without that permission. An advertising-consent message is separate from Apple’s tracking-permission prompt. Advertising may still be available using contextual information, permitted app-scoped information, or Apple-supported attribution without access to the advertising identifier.

We do not sell Checkout Chow player information for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may be classified as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws even when no money is paid for the information. Applicable consent and opt-out rights apply to that processing.

Remove Ads and advertising information

Verified Remove Ads owners are excluded from automatic ads and automatic Remove Ads offers. The entitlement does not erase earlier advertising records or disable unrelated analytics, security, purchase verification, or other essential processing. Retention and deletion rights continue to apply as described in this policy and the relevant provider notices.

Google privacy information

Google Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Website advertising or cookie practices described in Part Two do not, by themselves, describe tracking within Checkout Chow. Material changes to the game’s advertising or tracking practices will be reflected in relevant notices, and we will obtain additional permissions where required.

10. Who may receive game information

Information may be handled by:

• Apple, for App Store purchases, StoreKit, Game Center, and other Apple platform functions;
• Microsoft, for Azure hosting, database, security, and backend operations;
• Google, for Firebase and, in versions with advertising enabled, AdMob and UMP services described above;
• Participating advertising partners identified through the applicable privacy message or partner information, for advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and other permitted purposes;
• Providers assisting with technical operations, support, security, or professional advice;
• Authorities or other parties where disclosure has a lawful basis;
• A successor or other party involved in a lawful business transfer.

Providers acting on our behalf are subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. Apple and other providers may also process information independently under their own privacy notices.

11. Retention

We keep game information for periods appropriate to the purposes for which it is processed.

Active player records may remain available to maintain progress, ownership, currency, and purchase histories. Certain transaction, security, or legal records may need to remain after an account-related request to prevent duplicate fulfillment, investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or satisfy a specific legal obligation.

Retention is not necessarily the same for gameplay records, purchase records, support messages, analytics, crash reports, advertising records, or consent choices. Google and other advertising partners apply their own retention practices to information they independently control, subject to applicable law.

Any retention exception following a valid deletion request must have a lawful basis. Records should not be retained indefinitely merely because they might be useful.

12. Account and personal-information requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by RUSSLEEMERCH, email:

russleecreator@gmail.com

For a game account request, identify the request as concerning Checkout Chow. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to establish that you control the relevant account.

Do not provide passwords, verification codes, complete payment-card numbers, or private authentication tokens.

An account-deletion request can affect saved progress, collections, owned themes, and unspent balances. The consequences, any information that must lawfully remain, and the handling of later reconnection must be addressed as part of the request.

Submitting a request is not the same as receiving confirmation that deletion has been completed. Removing the app or disconnecting Game Center also does not automatically erase our backend records.

Information controlled independently by Apple may need to be managed through Apple’s account settings or support channels.

13. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision.

Rights can be subject to proportionate identity checks and lawful exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Where processing depends on consent, withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Contact russleecreator@gmail.com to exercise applicable rights.

14. Children

We do not knowingly collect or use children’s information in violation of applicable law.

If a parent or guardian believes a child’s information has been handled improperly through Checkout Chow, contact us so we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action.

We do not permit the use of children’s information for personalized advertising where prohibited by applicable law or platform rules. Applicable age-related consent and advertising restrictions must be respected.

15. Security and international processing

We use safeguards intended to protect player accounts, purchase verification, currency records, and other game information.

No device, application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, international transfers must use applicable safeguards, such as recognized contractual protections or other lawful transfer arrangements.

The game, its providers, and its features may change. Material changes to personal-information practices will be reflected in this policy and other disclosures where required.

PART TWO: RUSSLEEMERCH WEBSITE, STORE, MERCHANDISE, AND MEAL LAUNCH

This part covers our website, customer accounts, physical merchandise, digital products, Meal Launch, optional expansions, any separately offered recurring services, and related customer communications.

Meal Launch is a separate browser-based service. Its practices are described here independently of Checkout Chow.

1. Information associated with the website and store

Depending on your activity, we may process:

• Your name, email, telephone number, and delivery or billing address;
• Customer-account information and preferences;
• Orders, products, payment status, returns, refunds, and cancellations;
• Subscription or renewal information when a recurring offer is available;
• Browsing, cart, saved-item, and shopping activity;
• Support messages and information you choose to submit;
• Browser, device, network, IP-address, and usage information;
• Choices and preferences saved through website features.

Shopify and payment providers handle checkout payment information. We generally do not receive complete payment-card numbers.

2. Meal Launch information

Meal Launch’s current free core helps visitors choose meals through a browser. Using that core does not require a purchase, customer account, login, or subscription.

Meal Launch may process technical information and interactions with recipes, Finder, Dinner Hub, searches, filters, New Drops, Saved Dinners, and optional expansions.

It may also process information needed to remember preferences and notices, identify returning use, understand browser or Home Screen use where detectable, recognize qualifying purchased access, and investigate technical problems.

Although the free core does not require your name or email, website infrastructure and analytics may process technical identifiers and usage information, subject to applicable controls and law.

3. Subscriptions and recurring offers

Meal Launch’s free core does not currently require an automatically renewing subscription.

If another recurring product or service is offered, subscription-related records may include the selected offer, customer association, billing schedule, payment status, renewals, cancellations, and service communications.

The terms shown for the particular offer govern its pricing and cancellation arrangements. We use related information to administer that offer and maintain required records.

4. Prior Meal Launch purchases

Some customers purchased Meal Launch under an earlier model.

We may retain order information, access indicators, customer tags, and entitlement records to recognize qualifying legacy purchases and preserve the benefits attached to them.

Making the core free does not erase prior purchase records or cancel qualifying legacy benefits. Separately purchased expansions remain subject to their applicable offer terms.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our website and Meal Launch may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies.

These can support preferences, saved selections, application state, notices, navigation, security, and measurement of service use.

Some information stays in the browser until it expires, is replaced, or is cleared. Clearing storage can remove preferences or saved items and cause notices to appear again.

Different browsers or devices may hold separate records.

6. Saved Dinners and other saved features

Meal Launch’s current Saved Dinners feature stores selections locally in the browser or device. It does not automatically synchronize them through a customer account.

Saved selections may be lost if storage is cleared, the browser changes, or the device becomes unavailable.

Store wishlists and other saved-item features may use different systems, including account-based services, where offered.

7. Expansion purchases and purchased access

Optional Meal Launch expansions may be purchased separately from the free core.

Order records, customer information, access indicators, and entitlement records may be used to deliver purchases, recognize ownership, preserve qualifying access, resolve problems, and prevent unauthorized use.

We may also retain relevant records for disputes, accounting, taxes, and other lawful obligations.

Existing qualifying legacy rights are not removed simply because the free core is available.

8. Meal Launch and website analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Shopify-supported analytics to understand website and Meal Launch use.

Measurements may concern openings, feature interactions, repeat visits, searches, saved selections, optional expansions, and browser or Home Screen activity where detectable.

These measurements can involve browser, device, session, cookie, or network identifiers. They are not necessarily anonymous.

Analytics helps us assess usefulness, diagnose problems, improve features, and evaluate promotions. Consent and opt-out requirements apply where required by law.

9. Digital-service availability

Meal Launch depends on online infrastructure and supporting technology.

The core is currently free. Optional additions may have one-time prices or other terms clearly stated when offered.

Prior purchased access remains governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights.

We may need to change service features, recipe libraries, expansion functions, saved-item functions, providers, hosting, or access systems. Future content and updates are included only when the relevant offer expressly says so.

10. Migration and platform changes

If Meal Launch moves to different technology, hosting, domains, providers, or access systems, necessary information may be reorganized or transferred to support that transition.

This can include purchase rights, legacy entitlements, customer indicators, preferences, support records, and technical information.

Locally saved information may not automatically transfer to a new browser, device, or service version. Migration-related processing remains subject to applicable privacy obligations.

11. Discontinuation

Meal Launch may be discontinued if continued operation becomes impractical, insecure, unlawful, technically infeasible, or commercially unsustainable.

Where practicable and legally required, we will provide advance notice through suitable channels, such as the website, the service, customer communications, or store announcements.

Discontinuation may affect recipes, expansions, saved selections, and other functions. Local information may become inaccessible if the feature that reads it is no longer available.

Necessary transaction, support, entitlement, security, or legal records may remain for a lawful purpose. This section does not remove nonwaivable consumer rights.

12. Where information comes from

We obtain information from:

• Details you submit or provide during purchases and communications;
• Browser and device activity;
• Shopify and payment-related systems;
• Analytics providers;
• Providers supporting access, fulfillment, security, marketing, and website operation;
• Other lawful sources where relevant.

13. Purposes of processing

Website and store information may be used to process orders, deliver merchandise or digital products, administer customer accounts, recognize purchased access, provide Meal Launch, and answer support requests.

We may also use information to improve usability, diagnose problems, communicate about purchases or service changes, conduct permitted marketing, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, it may include fulfilling a contract, complying with law, pursuing legitimate interests balanced against your rights, or obtaining consent.

14. Sharing information

Information may be disclosed to providers supporting ecommerce, payments, digital delivery, customer accounts, analytics, hosting, security, marketing, shipping, fulfillment, and professional services.

Disclosure may also occur at your direction, under a lawful legal obligation, to protect legal rights, or as part of a lawful business transaction.

The information shared should be appropriate to the purpose and subject to applicable safeguards.

15. Shopify

Shopify supports our online store and related ecommerce functions.

It processes information associated with customers, orders, payments, accounts, and store interactions. Shopify may also process certain information independently under its own privacy notice.

Checkout information may be handled by Shopify and payment providers in other countries. Available Shopify tools may assist with customer privacy requests.

16. Other providers and applications

We may use third-party tools for digital delivery, purchased access, customer accounts, subscriptions, analytics, marketing, saved items, security, and fulfillment.

Providers may change as the business or service evolves. Their independent processing is governed by their own notices and applicable law.

17. External links

Links to other websites or services take you outside systems we control.

Review those services’ privacy and security practices before supplying information. Their availability and information handling are not determined by this policy.

18. Website and Meal Launch retention

Retention depends on the information’s purpose, account or purchase status, support needs, and legal requirements.

Purchase and entitlement records may remain necessary to recognize digital access or legacy benefits. Other records may be needed for taxes, accounting, security, disputes, or legal claims.

Canceling an order, subscription, account, or service does not automatically erase records that must lawfully remain.

Browser-held information persists according to browser controls and storage behavior. Analytics retention also depends on provider settings and applicable requirements.

19. Security

We use measures appropriate to the information and systems involved, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Protect your devices and any customer-account credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to an account or purchased service.

20. Children’s privacy

Our website and store are not directed toward children who cannot independently consent to the relevant processing under applicable law.

If you believe a child has supplied information improperly, contact us for review.

We do not knowingly sell or share children’s information in violation of applicable privacy law.

21. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to know what information is processed, obtain access or a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or receive portable information.

You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale or sharing, consent withdrawal, objection, restriction, and appeals.

Identity verification and lawful exceptions may apply. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

22. Advertising, cookies, and choices

Where applicable, website or Shopify privacy controls may allow choices concerning cookies, analytics, personalization, or advertising.

Residents of some jurisdictions may opt out of processing classified as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Applicable browser preference signals must be handled as required by law.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the available unsubscribe method or by contacting us.

Marketing opt-outs do not prevent necessary order, billing, security, legal, or service communications.

23. United Kingdom and European Economic Area

Applicable data-protection law may provide access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, and consent-withdrawal rights.

Consent withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

You may contact us to exercise rights or raise concerns with the appropriate supervisory authority. Required safeguards apply to international transfers.

24. International processing

RUSSLEEMERCH and its providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

Where required, transfers must rely on recognized protections, such as applicable contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, or another lawful mechanism.

25. Business transfers

A sale, acquisition, restructuring, financing, merger, or similar transaction involving RUSSLEEMERCH or its services may include relevant personal information.

Any transfer and subsequent handling must comply with applicable law and privacy obligations.

26. Changes to Meal Launch

Meal Launch’s content, optional expansions, storage features, analytics, providers, and technical systems may evolve.

Features may be added, modified, migrated, suspended, or removed. The service is not guaranteed to operate indefinitely.

Material changes to information handling will be reflected in this policy, with additional notice where required. Existing purchase terms and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

27. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our services, providers, technology, information practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated date will identify the latest revision. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.

This policy governs privacy matters if another RUSSLEEMERCH document contains a conflicting description of personal-information handling. It does not replace purchase terms or waive statutory rights.

28. Contact, requests, and complaints

For support, privacy questions, access or deletion requests, Meal Launch purchase issues, or concerns about this policy, contact:

RUSSLEEMERCH
Email: russleecreator@gmail.com
Contact page: https://russleemerch.com/pages/contact
Mail: PO Box 87, Plymouth, WI 53073, United States

Please identify whether your request concerns Checkout Chow, Meal Launch, the online store, or another product so that we can locate the appropriate records.

We may verify your identity before providing information or acting on a request. Supply only information reasonably necessary for that process.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to appeal a privacy decision or complain to a privacy regulator or data-protection authority.

RUSSLEEMERCH acts as controller where it determines why and how personal information is processed. Providers that independently determine their own processing purposes are responsible for that processing under their own applicable notices.
