Return and refund policy:

(All Sales Are Final) There are no returns or refunds for any products purchased.

DISCLAIMER: There is no manufacturer warranty on any items purchased, and items are bought and used at the buyer's sole discretion and the use of items The purchaser (customer) doesn't hold any liability of any kind for any items bought from the seller, and all sales are Final. 
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. You will need to contact the carrier to resolve.
(PAYMENTS)/ Shipments) It may take up to 4 business days to process shipments and then 7-10 business days for USPS or UPS to deliver. a tracking number will be emailed once payment and shipping labels have been made. Allow 7 business days not counting weekends or holidays from your last tracking update on your order/package before reaching out to us if your order hasn't been delivered before such time. 
Shipping Damage: all items must be inspected within 24 hours of receiving/delivery via USPS, UPS (all packages will have tracking numbers).  For any items found to be damaged/broken, we will need to have a picture of the item sent to us via email at russleecreator.com.  Upon picture, within 24 hours, if we deem the item is damaged/broken due to shipping or factory defect, we will replace it with the same item.  If the same item isn't available, we will move forward with a damage return refund.  The shipping cost will not be refunded. 
 By completing your payment for your order, you agree to all terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood all of them.
