Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns on Custom Orders
All items are made to order specifically for you. Because each product is custom-created after your purchase, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we'll send the correct item immediately.
Order Issues
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they enter production (typically within 24 hours).
Membership & Digital Content — Russ Lee's Supper Club
Supper Club memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal at russleemerch.com/account — no questions asked.
Renewal charges are refundable only if requested within 24 hours of the billing date. To request a refund, email russleecreator@gmail.com. Refunds will not be issued after 24 hours of a renewal charge or once member content has been accessed. Digital content included with membership is non-refundable.
